COW PALACE

An extremely flexible, major multi-purpose event/convention facility with over 300,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space. Home of the Grand National Rodeo and host to the San Francisco Flower & Garden Show, Golden Gate Kennel Club Dog Show, Exotic Erotic Ball, and Disney On Ice. The facility’s versatility is showcased by the concerts, trade shows, religious and political conventions, sporting events and countless other events that have taken place within its grounds. CONFERENCE CENTER

The San Francisco Peninsula’s premiere meeting space is centrally located on the leading edge of the Bay Area’s biotech region, just one mile north of the San Francisco International Airport and 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco. This state-of-the-art facility, with 16,500 square feet of meeting and banquet space, is known for its technological excellence, on-site culinary capabilities, and light-drenched atrium lobby. It is ideally suited for board meetings, conferences, conventions, trade shows and banquets that can accommodate up to 1,200 guests. The Conference Center works closely with the So. Offers several options of unique meeting space along with the excitement only live racing can offer. The elegant Kyne Room accommodates groups from 35-50; the Longchamps Room holds meetings from 25-75; the Director’s Room 50-100; the Sports Bar 50-100; The Clubhouse accommodates

10-300; and The Turf Club hosts outings from 10-600 people.

COMPUTER HISTORY MUSEUM

(Mountain View) The Museum incorporates open, innovative architecture on several levels, with an appealing mix of large spaces, intimate nooks, patios, balconies and meeting rooms. It is a treasure trove for anyone interested in where technology has been and where it is headed. A docent-lead tour will show your guests prized items such as the infamous Enigma encryption machine, built by the Germans in 1935 to send and receive secret codes; SAGE, one of IBM’s first supercomputers (1954); early robots and the first video games. Make the past even more relevant with your company’s displays that explain how current and future technology builds on tradition. Rent one room or nearly the entire 119,000 sq. ft. facility, which can hold up to 1,500 guests.

COYOTE POINT MUSEUM

Allows groups to meet in the midst of environmental exhibits. The museum and the surrounding grounds offer a unique setting with a view of San Francisco Bay. Five rooms (classroom, theater, resource room, Environmental Hall with tiered levels, and the Concourse) are available for conferences

and receptions.

DOMENICO WINES

The beautiful wine room features a dramatic 24-foot mahogany stained bar, open areas for dancing and music, and the aroma of aging wine in beautiful French Oak barrels. Elegant yet comfortable, the winery is the perfect setting for an intimate dinner party and wine tasting for 20, corporate events for up to 200 guests, a wedding reception, or anything in between.

ELEGANT LAGOON CRUISES

Cruise the Foster City lagoon’s 16-mile waterways on a 21’ electric boat that seats eight guests comfortably. Ideal for business meetings, team building, birthdays, anniversaries, out-of-town guests, a romantic dinner for two, even weddings. The cabin is completely enclosed with clear plexiglass windows that open for warm days; a heater and blankets are on hand for chilly nights. ELKUS RANCH CONFERENCE CENTER

Nestled in the rolling hills and canyons five miles south of Half Moon Bay, this 4,400 square-foot educational and day conference facility with a commercial kitchen is available for conferences, off-site meetings, workshops and training. Conference room will accommodate up to 150 people, the boardroom up to 10 guests.

FOX THEATRE

Opened in 1929, this Redwood City theatre has recently undergone a complete restoration that, while preserving the historic architecture of the building, installed state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment to make it a perfect venue for any special event. It is ideally suited for concerts, theatrical performances, company meetings, sessions, seminars, product unveilings, press conferences, movie releases, shows, weddings and special events. The auditorium, including the balcony, has a maximum capacity of 1,460.

The beautiful winery and gardens offer award-winning wines and coastal beauty. LONG BRANCH SALOON & FARMS

RALSTON HALL MANSION

The winery and vineyards’ reception facility is an ideal spot for corporate conferences, retreats and weddings. USS HORNET MUSEUM

(Alameda) The historic aircraft carrier is located across the Bay from San Francisco with spectacular views of the downtown skyline. A National Historic Landmark and one of America’s most decorated ships, the USS Hornet is fully restored and offers authentic aircraft, equipment, and guided tours to enhance any event from 30 to 3,000. Available spaces include the Hangar Deck, Flight Deck, Officers’ Wardroom, and Chief Petty Officers’ Mess -- perfect for meetings, banquets, tradeshows, and parties.
